🔒 Safety Rules & Guidelines – Please Read Carefully 🐾 Pet Safety • This is a pet-friendly home, but pets must be attended to at all times, both indoors and outdoors. • The backyard is spacious but not fully fenced—please ensure your pet is always supervised. • Do not allow pets on beds or furniture unless covered with your pet blanket. • Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in sealed bags in the outside trash bins. 👶 Children & Toddler Safety • The home features a deck with a hot tub and an open backyard. Children, especially toddlers, must be supervised at all times when outdoors or on the deck. • No climbing or sitting on the deck railings. • Ensure all children are monitored closely near the hot tub, game room, or around stairs. 🔥 Grilling & Fire Safety • A propane BBQ grill is provided. Please follow safe grilling practices: • Never leave the grill unattended while in use. • Always turn off the gas after use. • Clean the grill after each use to avoid grease fires. • No wood fires are allowed anywhere on the property following Madera County short-term rental regulations. • Absolutely no open flames, bonfires, or fireworks permitted. 🛁 Hot Tub Use • Shower before entering to keep the water clean. • Children under 12 should not use the hot tub without adult supervision. • No glass containers near or in the hot tub. • Do not use the hot tub if pregnant or with medical conditions without consulting a physician. 🐻 Wildlife Awareness (Bears, Snakes, etc.) • Coarsegold is a natural habitat for wildlife, including bears, snakes, deer, raccoons, and coyotes. • Do not leave food, coolers, or trash outside, even for short periods. • Use the bear-proof dumpster provided and make sure it’s securely latched after every use. • Keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent animals from entering. • If you encounter wildlife, stay calm, do not run, and slowly back away. Never feed or approach wild animals. 🧯 General Safety • A first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are available in the kitchen. • Emergency contacts and nearest urgent care details are provided in the welcome binder. • Keep doors locked when you’re not home or at night for safety.

Hari’s place was nestled in a peaceful neighborhood and just a 10 minute drive from restaurants and stores in Oakhurst. Home was easy to locate and clean with lots of indoor games. There were few issues with supplies , but Hari was prompt in helping us with these. Overall a comfortable stay!

We stayed here as a large group over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time overall. The house has a bright, open interior with beautiful views that made the stay feel peaceful. The large yard was a highlight — we even saw turkeys and deer passing through, which everyone enjoyed. The memory-foam beds were comfortable, and Hari was super responsive throughout our stay. We had a great stay and made lots of memories.

We had an excellent weekend, we celebrated my son's birthday and he enjoyed it a lot. The place has enough space and has everything you need (everything very clean). Highly recommended.
